Returns that are used, damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All items should be returned new, unused with the product seal intact.
Please return all products together in their original packaging and insure & track the return shipment as you will be liable for any damage/loss to them during transit. Please retain your proof of postage and tracking details in case of a dispute. All returns must be made within 14 days.
Please note that unless the product is faulty/defective you will be responsible for the costs of returning the products. Once the returned is received in the condition laid out we will refund the cost of the products to the Payment card used. Please allow 10 working days for your bank to process your the payment. Unfortunately we cannot influence your bank on the time taken to process this refund.
