The tablets are formulated using the following ingredients in their natural food form: mineral enhanced yeast (which is completely removed at time of manufacture, meaning that there is no concern about yeast intolerance), providing iron, zinc, copper, selenium, and manganese. They also offer vitamin C from citrus fruit pulp, vitamin E from vegetable oil and beta carotene from carrot concentrate. They contain a yeast concentrate which provides niacin, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, vitamins B12, B6 and D, thiamin, folic acid and iodine. Other ingredients include vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica and vegetable protein (zein).
